About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager (4–8 years of experience) to strengthen our Tax Services team in Aruba. In this role, you will work closely with the Tax Partner and play a key role in managing complex tax engagements, reviewing work and maintaining high technical standards. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients while ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance across assignments.

This position is ideal for someone who is technically strong, confident in client interaction, and ready to operate at a higher level of responsibility without stepping into a partner role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review corporate and individual tax returns.
• Handle complex tax advisory and planning assignments.
• Support clients in tax compliance, objections, and discussions with tax authorities.
• Perform in-depth tax research and provide technically sound advice.
• Act as primary contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Supervise and guide junior tax consultants in their day-to-day work.
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and internal procedures are met.
• Work closely with the Tax Partner on strategic and high-level matters.
  
  

Your Profile

• 4–8 years of relevant tax experience in a tax or accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of local tax legislation; regional/international exposure is a plus.
• Able to independently manage files and client relationships.
• Accurate, analytical, and quality-focused.
• Comfortable reviewing and coaching junior staff.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Papiamento and/or Spanish is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a digital and cloud-based environment.
